AREA OF JAVEA
Authentic Javea, in the provence of Alicante, is without a doubt one of the most beautiful areas on the Mediterranean coast. Javea is known for it's mild micro climate, it's great variety of landscapes and the unspoiled brutal coastlines with here and there small pitoresque sandy beaches with crystal clear water such as Cala Blanca and Barraca. Along the coastline you can enjoy overwhelming panoramic views and take walks in unspoiled natural surroundings like the Montgo Nature Park and the Cape San Antonio.
Xabia, like it is called by the locals, is divided in 3 centres. When you prefer authentic, less crowded areas you might want to visit the old town and the port area with it's old buildings and small restaurants and bars often visited by locals. When you want to have more animation, check out the arenal area in the middle of the bay of Xabia. The arenal stands out as a very dynamic area with a big sandy beach, a great number of restaurants and bars in which to enjoy nightlife.
