When Ingrid and her husband saw this house, designed by the famous Spanish architect Manuel Jorge, it was love at first sight.
Although the house was abandoned for several years and in a very poor condition, you could still see the potential of the building and the site. The architecture of Manuel Jorge is very recognizable by its form and typical architectural elements which were still intact here and only needed to be restored. Besides the restoration of the interior and the renovation of techniques, like heating and electricity, we added a pool and poolhouse to the project.
