This house, situated in Cap de la Nao in Javea, took us by surprise. When you believe in love at first sight this could be it. From the minute you open the gate you enter your private paradise. This very picturesque Spanish house with a magnificent view is one of our latest projects.
entrance: gate and car-port overlooking a wide stunning view
outdoor: a very nice garden in different levels, a swimming pool with separate bathroom (sink, shower and toilet. There is also a covered bbq area with outdoor kitchen and a naya at the same level of the swimming pool.
ground level: living room with home-office area, relax corner, sitting room, dining room and kitchen which gives acces to an outdoor lounge terrace with a typical wooden beam covering in mediterranean style
level +1: separate toilet and master bedroom and bathroom with private terrace overlooking the sea
level -1: separate guest-toilet, laundry room, 1 bedroom with annex bathroom. 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom (with extra toilet) and naya (covered terrace) overlooking the swimming pool
